These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ftballer's Football Pathway Intelligence services. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using our services. By purchasing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below:
- "ftballer", "we", "us", "our" means LSR Sports Ltd trading as ftballer, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: [INSERT]).
- "User", "you", "your" means the adult (aged 18 or over) who purchases and accesses our services.
- "Player" means the football player who is the subject of an assessment, who may be the User or a person under 18 whose parent or guardian is the User.
- "Parent" or "Guardian" means a parent or legal guardian of a Player who is under 18.
- "Platform" means the ftballer website, portal and associated technology at www.ftballer.com.
- "Services" means the Football Pathway Intelligence assessment packages and any related services described in these Terms.
- "Assessment" means a Football Pathway Intelligence evaluation, including questionnaires, video review, coach feedback, AI-assisted analysis and the resulting report.
- "Report" means the written pathway assessment output delivered to you following completion of an Assessment.
- "Content" means any information, materials, documents, videos or data you upload to the Platform.
- Headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
2. About Us
ftballer is a trading name of LSR Sports Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales. We provide Football Pathway Intelligence assessment services to families and players across the UK, USA, Australia, UAE and internationally.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services.
Where information relates to a Player under the age of 18, the User confirms they are that Player's parent or legal guardian, with full authority to provide consent on the Player's behalf, including consent for the collection and processing of the child's personal data.
4. Our Services
ftballer offers three service tiers:

Services may include questionnaires, pathway assessments, video review, coach feedback collection, pathway reports, consultations and specialist referrals. The exact scope depends on the package purchased.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be taken offline for maintenance, updates or operational reasons. Where planned maintenance is required we will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
5. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and keeping your login details confidential. You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information at all times and must notify us promptly if your information changes. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
We may monitor activity on the Platform for the purposes of security, compliance and service improvement. By using the Platform you acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy in relation to your activity on the Platform beyond what is set out in our Privacy & Cookies Notice.
6. Accuracy of Information
Our Assessments rely on information you supply, including responses from Players, Parents, coaches and any uploaded documents or videos. You confirm that all information submitted is accurate, truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you will keep such information up to date.
If you are unable or unwilling to provide information we require, we may be unable to deliver the relevant Service or element of the Service. Incomplete, misleading or inaccurate information may materially affect Assessment outcomes. ftballer accepts no liability for outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
7. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Analysis
Some elements of our Assessments, scoring and Report generation incorporate artificial intelligence and automated analysis tools provided by third-party AI providers. These tools support, but do not replace, human judgement. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by our team before any Report is delivered to you.
We do not make fully automated decisions — with no human involvement — that produce significant legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
Automated outputs are decision-support information only and should not be treated as definitive predictions of future outcomes.
Where automated processing produces outputs that may have a significant effect on you or your child, you have the right to request human review of that output. To exercise this right contact legal@ftballer.com.
AI tools used in our service may involve third-party providers. Where they process personal data, we ensure appropriate data processing agreements are in place. See our Privacy & Cookies Notice for further details.
8. Coach Contributions
Where coach feedback is included in an Assessment, coaches provide their own independent professional opinions. Coach comments do not represent the views of ftballer and ftballer does not independently verify coach opinions.
If you believe coach feedback contains factually inaccurate information, you may contact us to request a review. We will consider reasonable requests but cannot guarantee amendment of a coach's professional opinion.
9. Uploaded Content and Licence
You may upload match footage, training footage, educational records and other supporting documents ("Content").
You confirm that: (a) you own or have the right to share all Content you upload; (b) all individuals visible in video footage have consented (or, where under 18, their parent or guardian has consented) to the footage being uploaded and reviewed; and (c) the Content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.
You retain full ownership of all Content you submit. You grant ftballer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, analyse and process such Content solely for delivering the purchased Services. You also waive any moral rights in the Content to the extent necessary for us to use it as described.
ftballer reserves the right to use anonymised and aggregated data derived from Assessments (including from AI analysis) for the purposes of improving its Services, methodology and AI tools. No individual will be identifiable from such anonymised data.
10. Fees, Payments and Cancellation Rights
10.1 Fees and Payment
All fees are payable in advance. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers. Prices are displayed in GBP. ftballer is [VAT registered / not VAT registered — update as applicable].
10.2 Your Statutory Right to Cancel (UK and EU Customers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and equivalent EU consumer legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason (the "Cooling-Off Period").
If you wish us to begin work during the Cooling-Off Period, you must provide explicit consent by ticking the relevant acknowledgement at checkout. By doing so, you acknowledge that if the Service is fully performed during the Cooling-Off Period, you lose your right to cancel. Where work has commenced but is not complete at the time of cancellation, you will be liable for a pro-rata charge for work completed.
To cancel, contact us at legal@ftballer.com within the Cooling-Off Period stating your name, order reference and that you wish to cancel.
10.3 Rescheduling
Consultation appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests with less than 48 hours' notice may be declined or subject to an administration fee.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property relating to Football Pathway Intelligence, assessment methodologies, questionnaires, scoring frameworks, Reports, recommendations, branding, Platform content, and software belongs to ftballer and/or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to Users.
Reports are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute or commercially exploit Reports without our prior written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions or improvement ideas you submit may be used by ftballer without restriction or compensation.
12. Assessment Disclaimer — Nature of Service
Football Pathway Intelligence Assessments are educational tools designed to help Players and families understand current development position, potential pathways, risks and opportunities.
Our Assessments do not constitute and should not be relied upon as: recruitment or representation services; legal, financial, medical or psychological advice; educational or career guidance from a qualified adviser; or guarantees of any sporting or educational outcome.
You remain solely responsible for all decisions made following receipt of any Report or recommendation. We recommend you seek appropriate professional advice before making significant decisions.
13. No Outcome Guarantees
ftballer does not guarantee scholarships, academy placements, professional contracts, trials, club opportunities or any other sporting outcome. Football development depends on many factors outside our control including a player's physical and mental development, club decisions, coach discretion and competitive factors.
14. Specialist Referrals
Following an Assessment, we may suggest specialist third-party service providers who may assist with your pathway. Any engagement with such providers is entirely your choice and ftballer does not guarantee the quality, suitability or outcomes of third-party services.
Where ftballer receives any commercial benefit from a referral relationship (such as a referral fee), this will be disclosed to you clearly at the point of referral.
15. International Customers
Our Services are available to customers internationally. Prices are displayed in GBP. Your rights under these Terms are in addition to any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under local mandatory law.
16. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Submit false, misleading or inaccurate information
- Upload Content you do not own or have the right to share
- Upload unlawful Content or Content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
- Bully, harass, threaten or abuse other users, coaches or ftballer staff
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or authority
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to scrape, extract or collect data from the Platform
- Take any action that places excessive or disproportionate load on Platform infrastructure
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or circumvent the security of the Platform
- Collect or harvest other users' personal data without their consent
- Share your account access with others
- Use our Services for commercial exploitation without our written permission
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ftballer disclaims all warranties, express, implied or statutory. We do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ftballer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of opportunities, earnings, contracts, scholarships, education placements, reputation or data.
Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ftballer, LSR Sports Ltd, its officers, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from: information you submit; your breach of these Terms; your infringement of any third-party rights; your lack of authority to provide consent on a child's behalf; unlawful Content you upload; or your violation of any applicable law.
20. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us at legal@ftballer.com. We aim to respond within 10 business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, UK customers may refer disputes to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes — details available on request.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these Terms, where fraud is suspected, where information provided is materially misleading, or where continued access presents a legal or security risk. We will give reasonable notice where possible unless immediate suspension is necessary.
22. General Provisions
22.1 Force Majeure
ftballer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, natural disasters, pandemic, power outages, acts of government or third-party service provider failures. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will use reasonable efforts to resume performance.
22.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
22.3 Waiver
No failure or delay by ftballer in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
22.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy & Cookies Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and ftballer in relation to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the parties.
22.5 No Agency or Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates or implies any agency, partnership, employment or joint venture relationship between you and ftballer.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you retain the right to bring proceedings under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
