A clear, structured process designed to give your family the honest picture and the right next steps — without the noise.
The player, a parent or guardian and the player's coach each complete their own structured questionnaire — independently, so nobody's answers colour anyone else's. Together they cover the player's situation, ambitions, development, education, finances and the decisions the family is facing.
Football decisions affect the whole family — and the coach sees things neither of you can. Player, parent and coach each answer independently, and the report shows where those three views align and where they pull apart.
We ask the player directly — not through their parents. Their honest voice shapes a meaningful part of the report.
Parents often carry different hopes, fears and constraints to the player. We capture that reality separately.
An invited coach gives the independent technical view — the part families can't self-report.
Every report is written specifically for your family, in plain, honest language — not a generic template.
Where you realistically stand today.
Which opportunities appear strongest for your profile.
Which routes deserve attention, and which may not.
What different decisions could mean for your football, education and future.
Important things you or your family may not have considered.
Clear priorities and actions for what comes next.
One report. Every angle covered.
This is the thing that makes our advice different from almost everyone else in football.
Most people advising your family — agents, coaches, academy scouts, private trainers — have a commercial interest in your decision. They earn money when you choose a specific path. That creates a conflict of interest, whether they intend it or not.
An agent who earns a fee for placing a player at a particular club will naturally lean toward recommending that club. An academy coach who runs a development programme will naturally suggest you invest in more training. None of this is necessarily dishonest — but it isn't independent.
We are not agents. We do not place players. We are not affiliated with any club, academy, development programme, or agent network. We earn our fee from you — and only from you. That means our only job is to give you the most honest, accurate picture we can.
If the best pathway for your son is to leave his current academy, we'll say so. If the right move is to stay put and develop for another year, we'll say that too. We follow the evidence — not a commission structure.
We are not registered agents and receive no placement fees from clubs or academies.
We have no financial incentive to steer you toward any specific pathway or programme.
Our fee comes from you. Our loyalty is to you. That's the only way independence works.
Choose your assessment and take the first step toward a clearer picture of your son's pathway.
