Usually a parent or guardian. A player can buy for themselves if they're 18 or over; under-18s must be onboarded via a parent or guardian account.

How many players does one package cover?

One player per package. Siblings? Get in touch — multi-player bundles are coming.

Can my child do the questionnaire themselves?

Yes. At the start of the assessment the parent chooses: hand the device to the child, or send the child a secure one-time link to their own email or phone.

Does my coach need an account?

No. Coaches get a secure one-time link — no sign-up, no password, just one assessment and it expires when they submit.

How fast do I get the report?

Typically within seven days of all inputs being submitted.
